    Eric Burch



    Eric began his career in Jonesboro real estate in 2005, shortly after moving back to Jonesboro from the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. Building on his sterling reputation and considerable experience, Eric joined a Jonesboro brokerage in 2005, where he specialized in selling single family homes and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2006. He has consistently been ranked among Arkansas’s top producing real estate agents throughout his career at leading firms. Eric and Ann Marie obtained their broker licenses in the real estate industry and opened their own office, Burch & Co. Real Estate, in 2010. Eric and Ann Marie attended many educational conferences and hired several coaches to make sure they are among the elite in the field and they wanted to share the success with their colleagues. They began a team approach and have grown that now to be an unprecedented, marvelous concept in our area that works like a charm. This success was again confirmed in August of 2014, when Eric appeared on The Biography Channel in Times Square. Eric’s high level of loyalty and integrity resonates with buyers and sellers as he approaches each real estate transaction with enthusiasm and intellect.     Ann Marie Burch

    Ann was raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas and attended Nettleton School District and Arkansas State University. Her parents are Eddie Joe and Janis Barker and she has one sister, Amanda. She married Eric in 1999 and relocated to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Hurricane Katrina hit in 2005 which changed the course of their life and relocated her family back to their hometown of Jonesboro. Ann started her real estate career in 2006 by assisting Eric, her husband. Since that time, Ann has furthered her education and obtained a brokers license. In July of 2011 Eric and Ann opened their own real estate company in Jonesboro named Burch & Co. Real Estate. Ann serves by being the principal broker for Burch & Co. and by personally assisting Eric with the listing side of the business. In Ann’s spare time she enjoys time with Eric and Hayden, traveling, playing with Rosie (the family English cream golden retriever), running, and sister time with Amanda.

    Richard Wimberley

    Richard was born in Memphis, Tn. and raised between Grenada, Ms and Minooka, Il. (near Chicago) were he graduated high school. Richard joined the US Air Force in 1973 and relocated to Oklahoma. After his tour of duty Richard remained in Oklahoma and attended Central State University to pursue a teaching degree. Fate intervened and Richard began a 27 year career in telecommunications that would take him to Tulsa, Ok., Dallas, Tx., Memphis, Tn. and finally to Jonesboro, Arkansas. In 2004 Richard pursued a lifelong dream and attended Kelton's Real Estate School in Jonesboro. Richard became a full time, licensed agent in 2006. Richard's wife Cindy owns a local hair salon and they have four children and two grandchildren. Richard and his family love animals and pursue hobbies in horse showing, bird dog field trails, hunting and fishing.

    Jack Turner

    Jack Turner was born and raised in Osceola, Arkansas. Jack attended Osceola High School and graduated in 2001. From 2001 to 2006, Jack attended Arkansas State University where he played Rugby for the ASU Mens Collegiate Team. He graduated with a B.S. in Psychology and a Masters of Public Administration. After completion of his graduate studies Jack immediately took a Project Manager position with the City of Jonesboro, where he spent the next five years. Jack received numerous promotions while at the city, ultimately acting as the Communications Director for Mayor Perrin. Jack received a great opportunity from Eric Burch that allowed him to pursue his interests in real estate. Jack has been with the Eric Burch All-Star Team since May 2013 and looks forward to many more years.

    Seth Weston



    Seth is a lifelong resident of Jonesboro. He graduated from Jonesboro High School and went on to Arkansas State University, graduating with a B.S.E. in Mathematics. Seth played trombone in his high school and college band programs. He met his wife, Ashley, in the ASU band. Seth worked for a county government official during college and immediately after graduation. He also worked as a legal assistant for a local law firm for approximately four years. Seth earned his real estate license in July of 2013, and he joined the Burch & Co. team in June of 2016.

    Joanna Clines

    Director of Finances


    Joanna is a native of Jonesboro and has lived here her entire life. She graduated from Nettleton High School and attended ASU for two years. She and her husband, Johnny, have one beautiful daughter, Ranae. They love to travel and vacation at the beach or lake. Joanna has worked in the past for Citizen’s Bank in various roles including teller, accounting clerk and secretary to the Chairman of the Board. She also worked at Totem Pole Pawn Shop as a pawn broker for 14 years and at Clark’s Bridal for four years. Her last job before joining Burch & Co. Real Estate was working at Valley View Schools for three years as a Paraprofessional teaching re-mediated reading. She also loves to bake and has worked with Mary Coleman’s Catering service for ten years.

    Connie Mauppins

    Connie was born in Wilson, AR and raised in the area around Osceola and Wilson. She graduated from MCCC, Blytheville, AR with an Associates Degree in Business. Connie has four children and 3 grandchildren. She moved to California and worked many years in Redding managing two office supply stores and started out in Real Estate as a receptionist . She loved it so much that she decided to start selling and has done it ever since. Now she is the Transaction Coordinator for Burch & Co. Real Estate. Connie also enjoys cooking (catering weddings occasionally), sewing (costumes for our church plays) and reading science fiction.

    Amber Combs

    Amber was born in Stuttgart, AR and raised in Jonesboro. She graduated from Valley View High School and attended ASU for two years receiving a Child Development Associates credential in 2012. She and her husband, Gavin, have two amazing children, Jude and Maggey. Prior to working for Burch & Co. Real Estate, Amber worked at a local child care center as the program director. Amber enjoys reading, cooking and spending quality time with her family. She and her husband are also actively involved atTemple Baptist Church.

    Janie Best

    Director of Marketing


    Janie, being a native of Jonesboro, graduated from Valley View High School in 2008. She then went on to attend ASU where she graduated in 2013 with a Bachelors in Graphic Design and an Associates in Arts. She loves animals and photography. Janie enjoys taking photos of scenery and animals in her spare time. Prior to working for Burch & Co. Real Estate, Janie worked at a veterinary clinic and learned how to rehabilitate wildlife. She often takes in orphaned animals and raises them to release back into the wild.

    Beth Tinker

    Director of Client Experience


    Beth has lived in Jonesboro for three years with her husband, three sons and two dogs. She has two sons in high school and one son attending ASU pursuing a music degree. Beth has a marketing/sales degree from Memphis State University. Her background is in customer relations and she truly loves serving others. She was blessed to be a stay at home mom with her boys for many years and enjoyed volunteering at school, church and their many activities. Currently, Beth is involved with the Jonesboro Newcomers Group, PTA and is a member of Central Baptist Church. Beth enjoys spending time with her family, photography, scrap-booking and the outdoors, especially being on the water.

    Candace Johnson

    Candace was born and raised in Caraway, Arkansas. She attended Riverside High School and graduated in 2000. From there she went on to attend Arkansas State University and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Candace is married to Jarrett Johnson and they have a 6 year old daughter named Eden. They currently live in Brookland, AR. Candace and her husband love to travel and spend time with family in their spare time. In 2017, she joined the Burch & Co. team as the Director of First Impressions.

    Brett Barber

    Brett and Eric met years ago after Eric's arrival in Jonesboro. At the time, Brett was involved in radio advertising sales and determined that this "new guy in town" was going to be a driving force in real estate. And he was right, wasn't he? Their meeting left an impact on Brett, and the two would continue to cross paths during the coming years. Recently, due to explosive growth generated by Burch & Co. Real Estate (and the opportunity for even more), Brett was added to the Buyers Team as a Showing Concierge. Brett has lived in Jonesboro since 1984, after growing up in Dallas, Texas. He and his wife, Selena, have two sons, Evan and Andrew, who both live in Fayetteville.

    Brett Sexton

    Brett is a lifelong resident of Northeast Arkansas. He grew up in Monette, AR and graduated from Buffalo Island Central in 2004. After a year of college he decided to pursue a career in the steel industry. There he was moved from three different companies and finally found a home at TMK Ipsco where he spent the next 9 years. With a strong work ethic and loyalty to the company, he made his way through the ranks and eventually landed in the inventory coordinator position. In this new position he was able to greatly reduce the company’s inventory inaccuracies and improve the company’s ability to serve customers in an ever changing supply and demand market. In 2012, Brett married his wife Shantel, who had been by his side since 2006. They had their first child the same year, a son named Corbin. A few years later in 2015 they had a daughter named Raelynn. Brett decided to leave TMK Ipsco In 2016 and pursue a career with UPS but he was only there for a short time as what he really wanted was to spend more time with his family. He then decided to pursue a different career: real estate. Brett passed his exam and was excited to begin making a career out of it. Later in the same year, he crossed paths with Eric Burch and soon realized that he loved everything about the Burch & Co. family and joined the team in January 2017.

    Deborah Allen

    Deborah has lived in Jonesboro since 1996 and loves to cook, read, go bowling and visit the beach. She is an active member of Jonesboro Worship Center. Deborah obtained her real estate license in 1998 and broker license in 2000. Currently she is a Buyer Specialist with Burch & Co. Real Estate. She has also worked for 23 years as Director of Purchasing and Materials Management with Hospital Corporations and assisted physicians and corporate employees in relocations. She is the single parent of one daughter, who graduated from ASU in 2011. Her daughter also recently spent four months in Uganda, Africa and was the third runner up to Miss Arkansas.

    Judith Bell

    Judith is a native of Los Angeles where she graduated from Pacific Palisades. After transferring to Blytheville, AR with the Air Force, she graduated from Arkansas Northeastern College and has called Northeast Arkansas home for over 30 years. One of her life joys has been raising and homeschooling her six children. Alongside her husband, William, Judith has managed and expanded their designer photography studio, William Laurence Photography, located in Jonesboro, AR. From blueprints to interior design, Judith has always maintained a love of real estate and upon acquiring her license, she chose to turn a lifelong passion into a limitless profession by joining Burch & Co. Real Estate in 2017. Judith enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her children and two grandchildren.

    Tim Bowers graduated from Corning High School in 2002. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from Arkansas State University in 2006. He obtained his Master's in Business Administration from Arkansas State University in 2014. He has 4 years experience in the financial sector working in loss mitigation and 5 years of occupational safety experience prior to joining Burch & Co. as a Buyer's Agent. Tim married his wife, Lindsey, in 2016 and is expecting his first child in August 2017.

    Derek Jacobs

    Derek is a lifelong resident of Northeast Arkansas. He grew up in Osceola, AR. In 2001 he left to attend Arkansas State University where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Education in 2007. Derek always wanted to coach basketball so, upon graduation he went to Helena-West Helena, where he taught and coached football and basketball. In 2009 he was hired as the Head Basketball Coach at Brookland High School and moved back to Northeast Arkansas. After one year there, he was hired to coach basketball at Greene County Tech in Paragould. During his time there, he married his wife, Alexa, in 2011 and they had their first child, Kai. After five years in coaching and teaching, Derek decided getting a real estate license would give him more control of his time, so that he could spend more with his wife and son. In 2013 he passed the real estate licensing test and went to work at Coldwell Banker in Jonesboro. Derek and Alexa had another child in 2014, a girl named Presley. After 4 years at Coldwell Banker, he sat down with Eric, Ann, and Jack and they sold him on their vision for the Jonesboro real estate market! At the end of July 2017 he became a part of the Burch & Co. family.

    Michael Gregson

    Michael is a native of Jonesboro, graduating from Jonesboro High School in 2001. He went on to attend Arkansas State University and graduated with a degree in Marketing Management. He met his wife, Jana, in 2009 and they have one daughter, Kamry, and one son, Sawyer. Michael has always had a passion for serving his community which lead him to join the Jonesboro Fire Department in 2011. He also started his own business called Elite Exterior which focused on cleaning the exterior of houses and lead him to meet Eric. Michael had always had an interest in real estate and after meeting Eric he saw a great opportunity to pursue it. Upon getting his license in 2017, he joined Eric’s team has a buyer’s agent.
