Eric Burch



Eric began his career in Jonesboro real estate in 2005, shortly after moving back to Jonesboro from the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. Building on his sterling reputation and considerable experience, Eric joined a Jonesboro brokerage in 2005, where he specialized in selling single family homes and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2006. He has consistently been ranked among Arkansas’s top producing real estate agents throughout his career at leading firms. Eric and Ann Marie obtained their broker licenses in the real estate industry and opened their own office, Burch & Co. Real Estate, in 2010. Eric and Ann Marie attended many educational conferences and hired several coaches to make sure they are among the elite in the field and they wanted to share the success with their colleagues. They began a team approach and have grown that now to be an unprecedented, marvelous concept in our area that works like a charm. This success was again confirmed in August of 2014, when Eric appeared on The Biography Channel in Times Square. Eric’s high level of loyalty and integrity resonates with buyers and sellers as he approaches each real estate transaction with enthusiasm and intellect. His vast knowledge of Northeast Arkansas’ multifaceted market and close attention to detail complement his collaborations with clients. Ann Marie Burch

Executive Broker and Owner


Ann was raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas and attended Nettleton School District and Arkansas State University. Her parents are Eddie Joe and Janis Barker and she has one sister, Amanda. She married Eric in 1999 and relocated to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Hurricane Katrina hit in 2005 which changed the course of their life and relocated her family back to their hometown of Jonesboro. Ann started her real estate career in 2006 by assisting Eric, her husband. Since that time, Ann has furthered her education and obtained a brokers license. In July of 2011 Eric and Ann opened their own real estate company in Jonesboro named Burch & Co. Real Estate. Ann serves by being the principal broker for Burch & Co. and by personally assisting Eric with the listing side of the business. In Ann’s spare time she enjoys time with Eric and Hayden, traveling, playing with Rosie (the family English cream golden retriever), running, and sister time with Amanda.

Richard Wimberley

Richard was born in Memphis, Tn. and raised between Grenada, Ms and Minooka, Il. (near Chicago) were he graduated high school. Richard joined the US Air Force in 1973 and relocated to Oklahoma. After his tour of duty Richard remained in Oklahoma and attended Central State University to pursue a teaching degree. Fate intervened and Richard began a 27 year career in telecommunications that would take him to Tulsa, Ok., Dallas, Tx., Memphis, Tn. and finally to Jonesboro, Arkansas. In 2004 Richard pursued a lifelong dream and attended Kelton's Real Estate School in Jonesboro. Richard became a full time, licensed agent in 2006. Richard's wife Cindy owns a local hair salon and they have four children and two grandchildren. Richard and his family love animals and pursue hobbies in horse showing, bird dog field trails, hunting and fishing.

Jack Turner

Jack Turner was born and raised in Osceola, Arkansas. Jack attended Osceola High School and graduated in 2001. From 2001 to 2006, Jack attended Arkansas State University where he played Rugby for the ASU Mens Collegiate Team. He graduated with a B.S. in Psychology and a Masters of Public Administration. After completion of his graduate studies Jack immediately took a Project Manager position with the City of Jonesboro, where he spent the next five years. Jack received numerous promotions while at the city, ultimately acting as the Communications Director for Mayor Perrin. Jack received a great opportunity from Eric Burch that allowed him to pursue his interests in real estate. Jack has been with the Eric Burch All-Star Team since May 2013 and looks forward to many more years.

Joanna Clines

Director of Finances/Realtor


Joanna is a native of Jonesboro and has lived here her entire life. She graduated from Nettleton High School and attended Arkansas State University. She and her husband, Johnny, have one beautiful daughter, Ranae. They love to travel and vacation at the beach or lake. She obtained her Real Estate License in April 2018. Joanna has worked in the past for Citizen’s Bank in various roles including teller, accounting clerk and secretary to the Chairman of the Board. She also worked at Totem Pole Pawn Shop as a pawn broker for 14 years, Clark’s Bridal for four years and Valley View Schools for three years as a Paraprofessional teaching re-mediated reading.

Amber Combs

Transaction Coordinator


Amber was born in Stuttgart, AR and raised in Jonesboro. She graduated from Valley View High School and attended ASU for two years receiving a Child Development Associates credential in 2012. She and her husband, Gavin, have two amazing children, Jude and Maggey. Prior to working for Burch & Co. Real Estate, Amber worked at a local child care center as the program director. Amber enjoys reading, cooking and spending quality time with her family. She and her husband are also actively involved atTemple Baptist Church.

Beth Tinker

Director of Client Experience


Beth resided in Jonesboro for six years before relocating in 2018 with her husband to the St. Louis area. She continues her work for Burch & Co. as a virtual employee. Beth has a marketing/sales degree from Memphis State University. Her background is in customer relations and she truly enjoys serving others. She was blessed to be a stay at home mom with their three boys for many years and enjoyed volunteering at school, church and in their many activities. She currently serves on the Women's Ministry team at her church. Beth enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, photography, and the outdoors, especially being on the water.

Candace Johnson

Director of First Impressions


Candace was born and raised in Caraway, Arkansas. She attended Riverside High School and graduated in 2000. From there she went on to attend Arkansas State University and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Candace is married to Jarrett Johnson and they have a 6 year old daughter named Eden. They currently live in Brookland, AR. Candace and her husband love to travel and spend time with family in their spare time. In 2017, she joined the Burch & Co. team as the Director of First Impressions.

Sarah Felton

Closing Coordinator


Sarah was raised in Cushman, Arkansas.There she attended the Assembly of God and met her husband Kendall. The rest is history! They married in 2010. Bradley entered the world in 2011 and Abigail in 2017. They now reside in Swifton, Arkansas. Sarah enjoys anything outside. She especially loves to go to Sylamore Creek, with her family in Mountain View on the weekends. The Feltons moved out of state for a small stent of time and returned in 2019. Sarah started her career in banking in 2014. Sarah is very excited to be a part of the Burch & Co. family.

Derek Jacobs

Buyer's Agent


Derek is a lifelong resident of Northeast Arkansas. He grew up in Osceola, AR. In 2001 he left to attend Arkansas State University where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Education in 2007. Derek always wanted to coach basketball so, upon graduation he went to Helena-West Helena, where he taught and coached football and basketball. In 2009 he was hired as the Head Basketball Coach at Brookland High School and moved back to Northeast Arkansas. After one year there, he was hired to coach basketball at Greene County Tech in Paragould. During his time there, he married his wife, Alexa, in 2011 and they had their first child, Kai. After five years in coaching and teaching, Derek decided getting a real estate license would give him more control of his time, so that he could spend more with his wife and son. In 2013 he passed the real estate licensing test and went to work at Coldwell Banker in Jonesboro. Derek and Alexa had another child in 2014, a girl named Presley. After 4 years at Coldwell Banker, he sat down with Eric, Ann, and Jack and they sold him on their vision for the Jonesboro real estate market! At the end of July 2017 he became a part of the Burch & Co. family.

Angela King

Angela King spent 17 years in education and coaching multiple sports before taking a leap of faith to turn her love for Real Estate into full time. She grew up on a farm in Clay County, Arkansas. She graduated from Piggott High School and went on to play Volleyball and Softball at Williams Baptist University. In 2001, She completed her first degree, a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Coaching. She served in the United States Army earning Top Soldier of the Cycle at Fort Jackson, South Carolina and later went on to Officer Candidate School where an injury eventually led to an honorable discharge. Her love for learning resulted in a Masters degree in Education with an emphasis in Curriculum in 2004 and a Specialist Degree in Education Administration in 2006 both from William Woods University. She and her husband Derrick have a unique family blend of 7 kids and 4 grandkids. They are her greatest blessings! They are members at Fellowship Bible Church and involved in mission community projects. Angela is in her 7th year as the owner/director of a Junior Olympic Volleyball program called Arkansas Slam and she is actively involved with Special Olympics and music outreach programs for kids with disabilities. Her family operates King's Promotions and books Comedy shows and Musical talents. In her spare time, she enjoys playing sports, the lake, the beach, fishing, reading, and beating her hubby at poker!

James Bickham

James comes to the Burch & Co. team in 2018 as a high-energy buyer’s agent, with a long history of excellent performance, sales, marketing and advertising. James was raised in Southern California before moving to Jonesboro, in late 2005 where he graduated from Valley View High School. He went on to graduate from Arkansas State University obtaining 2 Bachelors degrees; one being in Physical Education and the second in English. After graduation, he accepted a job teaching in the Jonesboro School System and while he wasn’t coaching, he began to referee college basketball. He decided that education wasn’t his life’s calling and began to pursue a career as a high level basketball official, amateur videographer and photographer. He loves taking photos, and shooting videography around the United States. He has multiple skill sets that are going to help him thrive in Burch & Co.’s team setting.

Tim Rook

Tim Rook graduated from Highland High School in 1982. He joined the Army in 1983 and was in the 82nd airborne paratroopers. In 1984 he married his high school sweetheart, Glenda Hosman Rook, and they have 3 children and 1 grandchild. After 10 years of military service he became a nurse with St Bernards Medical Center and worked in various departments including the Cath Lab, ICU and Dialysis. In 1996 Tim became a firefighter for the city of Jonesboro and also worked in the Cath Lab at NEA Baptist Hospital. In 2004 after protecting the city for 9 years, due to an on the job injury, he left the fire department and became a full time nurse with NEA Hospital where he is still on staff. In 2017 he decided to further his talents and became a full time real estate agent. Tim has protected his country, his city and community and now desires to serve his clients with the same service and dedication.

Tim Bowers graduated from Corning High School in 2002. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from Arkansas State University in 2006. He obtained his Master's in Business Administration from Arkansas State University in 2014. He has 4 years experience in the financial sector working in loss mitigation and 5 years of occupational safety experience prior to joining Burch & Co. as a Buyer's Agent. Tim married his wife, Lindsey, in 2016 and is expecting his first child in August 2017.

Aly Shourd

Halie Norris


Halie Norris is a Jonesboro hometown gal. She graduated from Nettleton High School in 2006 and moved to Russellville to attend Arkansas Tech. She missed Jonesboro so much that she decided to move back home to attend college. Halie received an Associate’s of Applied Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Black River Technical College and continued on to graduate from Arkansas State University earning her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with emphasis in Social Work, Sociology and Criminology. She worked in the mental health and social services field for a short period of time, feeling that she had not found her passion she began to explore other opportunities. In 2015, Halie started her real estate career specializing in selling residential properties, investment properties and land/acreage. She was awarded Rookie of the Year for 2015. Halie works hard in a way that sets her apart from some of the most experienced agents. Her tenacity, passion and desire to learn is never ending as she focuses on providing the solutions for her clients that ultimately create the best of results. Halie has received nearly a dozen awards, over the last 4 years, for her accomplishments in real estate and has graduated from an elite class earning her designation with the Arkansas Realtors Association’s Graduate Realtor Leadership Academy. She has served on several Local Board of REALTOR committees, as well as committess for the Arkansas Realtors Association and National Association of Realtors. Halie is married to Zac, who works at Nucor Yamato Steel in Blytheville. They have two children, Nash and Navy. Halie has been a part of numerous humanitarian projects abroad working in rural villages across third world countries teaching economic and business skills, preventative hygiene practices, teaching English to young children and has assisted in the implantation of a secondary feeding program. She currently serves, volunteers and gives back to approximately 10 different local non-profit organizations throughout the year.
